The interregional public organization “Far-Eastern club of Pacific Fleet submariners”
The interregional club of submariners is voluntary, autonomy, public organization.
This club was established by submariner’s officers, passing the military service in the submariner’s
Union of Pacific Fleet.
Informal conception of veteran organization happened in the beginning of 90 years.
When the meetings of submariner’s veterans became traditional. In the beginning this organization was registed as the brunch of sea union. The president of this brunch is Mr. Shernavin .
But this brunch was registed as Club of submariners in 2001, 29 December.
The first president of this club was vise- president Mr. Prihodko V.F.
But now the president is vise – admiral in stock Mr. Konev A.V.
Vise-admiral in stock KonevA.V.
The secretary of this club is colonel in stock Mr.Kasih A.T.
The ex- commander of Pacific Fleet Mr. Hvatov G.A and other officers are taking part in the work of this club.
The main purpose of this organization:
1-To help to the submariners , who were retired from military service
2-To take part in the creating and restoring monuments.
3-To organize the meeting of youth with submariner’ s veterans
4-To create a history of Pacific submarines.
The members of this club took part in 43 International Congress of submariners. It happened in June, 2000., Moscow – St.Petesburg.
